<image:title>My Approach - Starting therapy can be a daunting and confusing process. Often, people are reaching out in a time of need or difficulty. My role as a therapist is to help you navigate the challenges in your life through discussion, exploration, and collaboration. Research has shown the dynamic and powerful relationship that occurs between client and therapist often leads to the most positive outcomes. I strive to create a welcoming, safe, nonjudgmental, supportive, and at times, challenging environment while utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), shown to help people with a wide range of problems.</image:title>
